    1.All items ordered will only be comfirm after payment.
    2.Payment by bank transfer and meetup(only for clementi & JurongEast & Dover)
    3. Bank transfer to my POSB account. Payment have to be by within 3 days. (If you have trouble paying then pls inform me)
    4. Collection will be by meet up at my convinence.(Clementi & JurongEast is FOC on weekdays, Clementi & Punggol on weekends)
    5.I will not be responsible for any damanaged or lost items.
    6.Strictly No backing out once ordered payment will not be returned. 
    7.Items are sold at fixed prices unless you order over $50 then there will be discounts.
    8.Please check your items during the meet-up.
    9.Please agree to the term and conditions before purchase.
    10.Those that do not comply shall be blacklisted. 
    Items will only be shipped in within a month or less!
